Booking & Process
How do I book a shoot?
Booking is quick and done directly through our online portal.
If you’re unsure what to select or need help deciding, feel free to text us at (289) 938-3700 and we’ll point you in the right direction.
How far in advance should I book?
We typically have availability within 3 days during a normal season.
If we have space, we’ll always do our best to get you booked in as soon as you need us.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
Not at all. Most agents simply provide lockbox information and let us take care of the rest.
If the homeowner needs to be there, that’s completely fine — we’ll simply work room to room and guide the flow of the shoot as needed.
If you’ve booked an on-camera service, then yes, the agent should plan to be there for that portion of the shoot.

Turnaround & Delivery
How fast is your turnaround time?
Speed is one of our biggest advantages.
- Photos: Same-day delivery in most cases
- Photos with heavier retouching / AI: Usually next morning
- Video: Usually next morning, up to 48 hours depending on complexity
- Add-ons: Delivered with the main service
We’re built to help you get listings live quickly without sacrificing quality.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes — rush delivery is available by request.
It isn’t listed as a standard website option, but if you’re in a time crunch, just ask and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How will I receive my media?
Everything is delivered through our online portal. You’ll receive links by email where you can view your files, access your property website, and complete payment.
You can preview deliverables before payment, but downloads are unlocked once the invoice has been paid.

Services & What’s Included
What’s included when I book a shoot?
More than most agents expect.
Every photo order includes a dedicated property website and a marketing kit with ready-to-use assets for launch.
For video content, we also provide a custom unbranded video URL that can be used on MLS without the restrictions that come with YouTube or visibly branded links.
We also include blue sky replacements when needed, and for many condos we’ll often capture 1–3 exterior drone images without needing a separate drone booking.
What is your Core Package?
Our Core Package is the most popular package we offer because it gives agents the best balance of quality, presentation, and value.
It’s designed to cover what most listings actually need to launch properly: premium photos, strong video content, aerial coverage, and marketing-ready assets that help the property feel polished from every angle.
For agents who want a reliable go-to package that consistently makes listings look professional and market-ready, this is usually the best place to start.
Do you offer more than just photos?
Absolutely. We offer photography, cinematic video, social reels, aerial media, twilight services, iGuide 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and marketing assets.

Preparing the Home
How should I prepare a property for the shoot?
Preparation makes a big difference in both the final result and how efficiently we can work on-site.
We recommend following our Home Readiness Guide before every shoot.
What are the biggest things people forget before a shoot?
The biggest ones are lights not being turned on, curtains not being opened, and small items not being moved out of frame.
Those little details can make a big difference, so following the prep guide helps us move quickly and get the strongest final result.
Will you help guide me during the shoot?
Absolutely.
A big part of what makes us different is how much time and effort we put into helping clients perform well on camera. We direct, guide, and help you look polished and comfortable.
Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, we make the process feel easy.

Pricing
How is your pricing structured?
Pricing is primarily based on property size and the services you choose.
We keep our pricing transparent so it’s easy to understand what fits your listing and your goals.

Why do agents choose you over cheaper options?
Because we’re not just there to show up, shoot fast, and leave.
We care deeply about the client experience, the quality of the final product, and helping you show up well as a brand. We guide you on camera, help with creative direction, stay on top of trends, use modern editing tools and AI where it makes sense, and go above and beyond if something needs to be fixed.
Most of our clients are looking for a consistent media partner — not just a basic run-and-gun service.

Policies
What happens if the weather is bad?
It depends on the service.
If drone coverage is required and rain or snow is expected, we may move the shoot. If no drone is needed, we can usually still shoot and enhance the sky in editing for photos.
Video is also usually fine unless weather is severe, like a thunderstorm, in which case the shoot will be rescheduled.
What is your cancellation policy?
- 24+ hours notice: No fee
- Same-day cancellation: 50% fee
- Within 1 hour of the shoot: 100% fee
This helps protect time that has been specifically reserved for your booking.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes — we offer 1 video revision upon request.
If you want custom music, it must be chosen before the end of the shoot day. If music is changed afterward, we do not re-edit the full video to a new beat after the fact.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No — we do not deliver RAW files.
Our editing process is a major part of the final product, and everything delivered is fully finished, polished, and ready for professional use.
